  As the entire world is facing the increasing of fuel price. Yoweri Museveni is giving a message about saving money and being careful with spending. He is saying that if fuel becomes too expensive, people should avoid unnecessary travel. Instead of moving around a lot, they can stay at home and reduce costs. This idea focuses on living within your means and adjusting your lifestyle when prices rise.
