THE MIRROR THAT CUTS INSTEAD OF REFLECTS

We are taught from early age that truth is the highest virtue. Tell the truth Parents said, seek the truth teachers encourage. The truth will set you free, society insists. but buried within is a dark reality.
the truth isn't always kind, clean, or liberating. Sometimes the truth wounds more deeply than lie ever could.

Moreover, the greatest men on this planet they are feared to be told or to tell the truth, even if the situation is simple, cannot be said as it is. Only some people chose to defend themselves with lie that they could rely on as comfort. truth is not neutral; truth is sharpening sword on both edge that cuts mercilessly. Truth is powerful, but it doesn't always land gently. a diagnosis of doctor, confession of betrayal, or a sudden realization of who we really are. Truth can strip away illusions we have depended on for comfort. Unlike lies can be sugar coated, truth is raw, it doesn't bend to our readiness or timing. It simply is.

Truth demand change, once we know the truth we can't unknow it.it forces us to confront choices we might rather avoid. When someone learns their career isn't align with their values, or their relationship is more fragile than they believed, they face a painful decision such as acting on this truth, or live denial. Both opinion hurts, but only one moves us forward.

why we still need it? I ask myself? despite its sharp edges, truth is necessary. Lies can protect us for a while, but they root beneath the surface. Truth, however terrible, allows us to build on solid ground. It clears away illusions and forces us to face reality as it is not as we wish it to be.

Terrible truth about the truth is this: it rarely feels good at first, it can devastate, unravel, and break us down. But once the storm passes, truth leave behind something invaluable, clarity. And clarity while is not always comfortable, is the beginning of real freedom.

 Finally ask yourself, who are you? why? Am I able to speak truth and tell truth whatever it is?
